All types of residential occupied and unoccupied properties other than properties with a thatch exposure or a Grade I/A listing.
Limits
Maximum combined buildings, loss of rent and landlords' contents sum insured must not exceed GBP 5,000,000 any one location
Core Package
Limits: Loss of Rent of 20% of the Buildings Sum Insured with a 12 months indemnity period, Property Owners' Liability GBP 2,000,000 – option to increase to GBP 5,000,000
Excesses
All claims other than Subsidence and Property Owners' Liability and Escape of Water GBP 100 (but increasing to GBP 250 if let to Students, DSS, Local Authority, a Second or Holiday home or Empty; and increasing to GBP 500 if let to Asylum Seekers); Subsidence GBP 1,000; Property Owners' Liability GBP 500
